Nanoleaf has launched the Smart LED Monitor Stand, a desktop accessory that lifts your monitor and adds built-in LED lighting. Priced at $169.99, the product is available now on Nanoleaf's website and Amazon (Engadget). The UK store lists it at £179.99 on pre-order, with NanoGrid Limited identified as the vendor on that storefront (Nanoleaf UK Shop).

The stand raises a display by up to four inches so the screen sits at a more comfortable viewing height. It supports monitors up to 42 inches diagonally and can hold up to 154 lbs, covering everything from a standard 27-inch work monitor to a large 42-inch OLED TV used as a desktop display.

The base has 23 mounting holes for attaching accessories like microphone stands, camera arms, or other gear that would normally clamp to the edge of your desk. This is a practical design choice: these accessories usually compete for the same strip of desk space, and building mounting points into the stand itself solves that problem.

The lighting is split into two parts. A front light bar delivers up to 550 lumens of brightness for task lighting — think of it as a desk lamp built into the stand. The stand works with Matter, a smart home standard that lets devices from different companies work together. That means you can control it through Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, or similar platforms without needing a separate app or account just for Nanoleaf.
