The Duskbloods Network Test: How to Check If You're In

Players who signed up for The Duskbloods' first-ever public network test can now find out whether they made the cut.
FromSoftware's next game — the studio behind Elden Ring, Dark Souls, and Bloodborne — is hosting the test later this month, and selection results went live on 10 August 2026 Eurogamer. Registration opened in July; anyone who threw their name in the hat then can now check the outcome.
The process is straightforward. Head to The Duskbloods network test page, click the three-line menu in the top right corner, log in with your Nintendo account, and the results appear on screen.
Selected players need to return to the same website on 18 August at 6am PT / 9am ET / 2pm BST to collect their test code, which is redeemable through Nintendo's website. Miss that window and the code stays unclaimed.
The test itself runs across five sessions from 21 to 24 August. In BST, those windows are:
- 21 August, 11:00–15:00
- 22 August, 03:00–07:00
- 22 August, 19:00–23:00
- 23 August, 11:00–15:00
- 24 August, 03:00–07:00
The spread covers daytime and overnight slots, pointing to a global player base across multiple time zones.
The Duskbloods is a Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive, and FromSoftware's official site lists it as a 2026 multiplayer action game supporting up to eight players online FromSoftware. Nintendo casts participants as "Bloodsworn of Dusk" — supernatural beings granted abilities by the power of blood — who battle each other in online multiplayer Nintendo.
A network test, for those unfamiliar, is a controlled preview that lets a limited number of players try part of the game while the developer stress-tests servers and online infrastructure. It is not a beta in the traditional sense; the goal is technical data, not feedback on the full experience.
For FromSoftware, whose previous titles built their reputations on single-player worlds, an eight-player online multiplayer focus marks a notable shift in direction. The studio has not detailed how matches will work beyond the player count, and the test build will cover only a portion of the game.
The full release is still set for sometime in 2026. Neither Nintendo nor FromSoftware has named a firm date or window beyond that Eurogamer.
For now, the test sessions are the first chance the public gets to go hands-on — assuming their Nintendo account says they are in.
