Stanley 1913, the century-old American drinkware brand, has partnered with Farm Rio, the Brazilian fashion label known for its vibrant prints, on a tropical-inspired collection of tumblers, coolers and accessories. The capsule launches on 18 August at 9 a.m. PT on stanley1913.com and farmrio.com, and in-store at Farm Rio and Nordstrom, according to WWD (WWD, 11 August 2026).

The range is shoppable across every region Stanley 1913 operates in: North America, Latin America, Asia-Pacific and EMEA. That is a wide footprint for a brand whose Quencher tumbler — a vacuum-insulated cup with a tapered base that fits most car cup holders — has become a recurring sell-out since going viral in 2023.

The centrepiece is the Quencher in two sizes: 40 oz. at $65 and 30 oz. at $55. Both come in three colourways — Tropical Destiny, Painted Banana and Tropical Woods — each carrying Farm Rio's signature prints of lush palms, native birds and bright banana bunches drawn from Brazil's tropical landscapes. Each item ships with a small charm clipped to the handle: a banana bunch for the Painted Banana print, tropical birds for the other two.

Beyond drinkware, the capsule includes the Julienne Mini Cooler at $140 and the Madeleine Mini Cooler Backpack at $155, both in the Painted Banana print. Stanley 1913's own collections page also lists Steel Cooler Storage Bins in carry sizes as part of the collaboration (Stanley 1913 collections page).

Stanley 1913 said it uses recycled materials across every product in the collection, with two silhouettes composed of 90 percent recycled stainless steel.

The campaign leans hard into the Rio fantasy. It follows a group of six friends called The Cariocas — the Portuguese term for residents of Rio de Janeiro — through the city's daily rituals: tanning at Arpoador, the rock outcrop between Copacabana and Ipanema beaches; laps around the Lagoa, the lagoon at the heart of Rio's South Zone; beach soccer; and fruit-tasting at a street market.

Farm Rio founder Katia Barros said the capsule captures the joy, optimism and love of colour that defines both brands. Stanley 1913 chief brand officer Kate Ridley called the partnership a meeting of bold and whimsical materials and finishes for summer.

What makes the pairing click is the contrast. Stanley 1913 built its name on rugged, utilitarian steel — the green thermos that campers and construction crews have carried for generations. Farm Rio built its name on the opposite: maximalist, exuberant prints sold through retailers including Nordstrom and its own stores. The collaboration drapes one brand's identity over the other's hardware, and the result is a Quencher that looks like it belongs on Ipanema rather than at a campsite.

For shoppers, the practical detail is timing and reach: the full collection drops simultaneously across four regions on 18 August, with no staggered rollout announced. Prices run from $55 for the smaller Quencher to $155 for the cooler backpack.
