Make Wake Artists has partnered with Adam Hale's One Twenty One Management, the two companies announced on Wednesday, 12 August 2026, in a deal that consolidation the country-music management rosters of both firms Billboard.

Make Wake, founded by Chris Kappy in 2015, already counts Luke Combs, Flatland Cavalry, Cooper Alan, The Castellows, and Dylan Marlowe among its clients. The Nashville firm also signed Jon Bellion in June 2026 MusicRow. One Twenty One Management brings three artists into the arrangement: the duo Muscadine Bloodline, Ben Chapman, and Josh Weathers.

Hale's route to management was unconventional. He served six years in the Ohio Army National Guard before relocating to Nashville to pursue a music-industry career. He then spent eight years on the road with artists including Newsboys, Colt Ford, Kip Moore, and Brad Paisley — work that put him in the orbit of Muscadine Bloodline's Charlie Muncaster and Gary Stanton, whom he began managing in 2019. He went on to found One Twenty One Management, based in Nashville.

Muscine Bloodline has since earned two ACM duo of the year nominations, in 2025 and 2026 — recognition from the Academy of Country Music, one of the genre's major industry bodies.

The partnership also brings two additional managers into the frame. Ivan "Churro" Haro, who manages the metalcore band Glasslands, joins Hale in the Make Wake–One Twenty One arrangement and will serve as day-to-day manager for Muscadine Bloodline, Josh Weathers, and Ben Chapman. Jarrod Holley, a Make Wake manager and partner, is also part of the partnership; he and Hale have been close friends for more than two decades.

Make Wake confirmed the news on its official Instagram account Instagram. Hale's professional background spans both artist management and tour management LinkedIn.

For country-music fans, the practical effect is that artists who previously operated under separate management structures now share resources, booking contacts, and career strategy under a single roof — the kind of consolidation that can mean bigger tours, tighter release schedules, and more coordinated campaigns. For the industry, it continues a pattern of mid-sized management firms combining rosters to compete with larger outfits.
