Banijay Rights reshuffles after All3Media merger: Matt Creasey gets a bigger map

Matt Creasey is getting a new title and a much larger catalog to sell. Following the completed merger of Banijay Entertainment and All3Media, he will become Senior Executive Vice President, World (excluding EMEA) at Banijay Rights, the distribution arm that licences Banijay's shows to broadcasters and streamers worldwide (Deadline, 13 August 2026).
The promotion comes a month after the Banijay–All3Media deal closed in July 2026, creating what the companies describe as the world's largest independent production company, headquartered in London, with an enterprise value of $8 billion (Variety, 9 July 2026; Hollywood Reporter, 3 March 2026). Banijay has said the union should yield €50 million ($57 million) in cost savings (Deadline, 13 August 2026). The combined entity reported €1.2 billion in adjusted free cash flow (Banijay Group, 9 July 2026).
Creasey will lead sales, acquisitions and co-productions across all territories outside Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and will oversee the rollout of an enlarged catalog totalling more than 265,000 hours of programming. He reports directly to Cathy Payne, who will lead Banijay Rights after the merger. Louise Pedersen, who ran All3Media International, is exiting (Deadline, 13 August 2026).
Based in Los Angeles, Creasey's regional teams operate from outposts in LA, Miami, Sydney and Mumbai. Two All3Media International offices, in Singapore and New York, will shut as their activities are folded into the combined entity (Deadline, 13 August 2026). The closures are part of the wider integration now underway across more than 150 production labels that Banijay operates around the world (Deadline, 13 August 2026).
Creasey is a veteran of the international distribution circuit. He joined Endemol International in 2006 as Director of Sales, Distribution, then moved to Banijay Rights from Endemol Shine International in August 2020 as EVP overseeing all sales operations outside Europe (Realscreen, 20 August 2020). More recently, he negotiated the US streaming deal for A Woman of Substance, starring Brenda Blethyn, with BritBox (Deadline, 23 February 2026).
The catalog he now helps sell includes Banijay's MasterChef, Big Brother and Peaky Blinders, with the All3Media merger adding The Traitors and Midsomer Murders to the shelf (Deadline, 13 August 2026). For viewers, that consolidation means a single company now controls the rights to an unusually broad slate of unscripted formats and scripted dramas alike, and the person deciding how those shows travel to screens from the Americas to the Asia-Pacific is the same executive who has been doing the job for Banijay alone.
