Banijay Entertainment has locked in the team that will run the company after its merger with All3Media.

Jeff Zucker is chairman. Marco Bassetti is chief executive, with Jane Turton, the former All3Media chief executive, as his deputy chief executive, according to details reported by Deadline.

Turton's appointment puts the two sides of the deal at the top together. Bassetti led Banijay Entertainment before the combination, while Turton led All3Media, Banijay said when the deal was first announced in March.

Below them sits a ten-person senior bench. Fred Balmary is chief business officer, Nicolas Chazarain is chief legal officer and Thomas Gousset is chief finance officer. Lucas Green is chief content officer for operations, meaning the day-to-day running of production, and James Townley is chief content officer for development, meaning finding and shaping new shows. Kate Humphreys is chief communications officer and Anne Van Sprang is chief human resources officer. All of the next-tier executives report to Bassetti.

Cathy Payne leads the sales arm as chief executive of Banijay Rights, the division that sells finished programmes and formats to broadcasters and streamers around the world. Turton, Balmary, Chazarain, Gousset, Van Sprang and Payne have all joined the wider Banijay executive team as part of the merger.

One familiar name is missing. Former All3Media group chief operating officer Sara Geater has exited in the wake of the merger.

The leadership list finalises a deal months in the making. RedBird IMI and Banijay Group merged their entertainment assets to form Banijay Entertainment, valued at $8 billion, Deadline reported. The combination was completed in July, Banijay said in a company statement, with its combined headquarters and executive leadership in London.

For viewers, the names may be unfamiliar but the shows are not. Banijay Group is the owner of the Big Brother franchise, as noted by Reuters, while All3Media backs producers behind long-running unscripted and scripted hits in Britain and beyond.

Bassetti and Zucker appeared on stage together for the first time on 12 October at MIPCOM Cannes 2026, the annual international TV market where producers sell new programmes, according to Media Play News.

What makes this stand out is scale. Banijay has said the All3Media combination will help it meet growing demand from global streamers and expand digital distribution, Reuters reported in March. With the bosses now in place, the merged production and sales machine has its captains.
