Married at First Sight Season 20 has pulled in more than 1.2 billion viewing minutes on Peacock since its July 12 premiere, according to the streamer's internal data reported by Deadline.

That figure makes the season the third highest-reaching original reality season ever on Peacock. Total streaming for the franchise is up 94% compared with Season 19, the platform says.

The show's reach extends beyond the app. Nielsen ranked Married at First Sight as a top-three reality series for four consecutive weeks starting July 13 — an independent measurement that corroborates Peacock's internal numbers. On social platforms, the Season 20 trailer and related clips have drawn more than 25 million video views since the trailer debuted.

For a show that spent a decade on linear cable, the move to streaming is paying off. Married at First Sight launched on FYI in July 2014, simulcast on A&E from season two, and shifted to Lifetime with season five. It aired there through Season 19. Peacock announced the move in November 2025, and all of Season 19 is also available to stream on the platform.

New episodes drop every Thursday on Peacock. The Season 20 finale and reunion are set for August 27, co-hosted by relationship experts Paul C. Brunson and Dr. Lisa Paz.

The series is produced by Kinetic Content, with executive producers Chris Coelen, Eric Detwiler, Montré Burton, Sarah Kane Bridge, Karrie Wolfe and Katie Griffin.

What stands out here is the scale. A reality format entering its twentieth season is rarely the title that pushes a streaming platform's numbers forward. That Married at First Sight is doing it in its first full season after leaving cable — and nearly doubling its previous season's streaming total — suggests the show found a larger audience by moving than it was reaching in place. Whether that momentum carries into a renewal is a decision Peacock has not yet disclosed.
