Netflix has released the full trailer for Earle Meets World, an eight-episode unscripted series starring social media creator Alix Earle, and it arrives with a built-in storyline that extends well beyond the show itself.

The series premieres on September 4. Netflix first announced the premiere date and released a teaser on July 29, but the full trailer, published on August 19, sharpens the picture of what viewers can expect — including what appears to be a feud between Earle and media personality Alex Cooper (Deadline).

That tension has been playing out publicly. In a social media video, Cooper accused Earle of "passive aggressive" behaviour. Earle replied with the comment "okay on it," though no video response ever followed. Now Earle has promised that her side of the story will be addressed inside Earle Meets World itself — meaning the series becomes the venue where the dispute gets its next chapter (Deadline).

The show is described on Netflix's official title page as an unscripted, unfiltered look behind the scenes of Earle's life (Netflix). Netflix Tudum, the platform's editorial site, frames it as following Earle as she navigates the whirlwind of post-college life (Netflix Tudum).

Earle's family features prominently in the teaser: her mother Alisa, father Thomas, and sisters Ashtin and Izabel all appear (Deadline). Netflix has also leaned into Earle's signature social media format for promotion, posting a comedic "Get Ready With Me" video on its official US Facebook account on August 8 (Netflix Facebook).

Behind the camera, the production credits point to established reality-TV infrastructure. Earle Meets World is produced by Fulwell Entertainment — the company behind talk shows and music specials — with executive producers Ben Winston, Paul Loban, and Charlie Van Vleet. David Grutman's DGN Studios shares production credit with Evan Rosenfeld (Deadline).

For a platform that has built its unscripted slate around everything from dating shows to sports documentaries, Earle Meets World slots into a familiar position: a creator with an existing audience crossing into a longer-form format, with a real-time storyline — the Cooper dispute — running alongside the release. The trailer teases that storyline; the show promises to deliver the details.

All eight episodes land on Netflix on September 4.
