Dancing with the Stars Season 35: Masks, Mystery Cast, and a September Reveal
Rehearsals for Dancing with the Stars Season 35 have begun, but the celebrities are being photographed wearing masks and escorted out of studios to keep their identities under wraps Deadline. ABC will not lift the veil completely until September 2, when the full cast is revealed on Good Morning America Deadline.
A handful of names are already public. Maura Higgins, a breakout from The Traitors USA and former Love Island UK contestant, and Summer House star Ciara Miller were the first two celebrities confirmed back on April 23 ABC News. Both were unveiled at Disney's Get Real unscripted TV event Deadline.
Since then, ABC has added more. Savannah Bananas star Jackson Olson was confirmed at the network's upfront presentation in May ABC News. Jimmy Kimmel Live sidekick Guillermo Rodríguez has also been added to the lineup Deadline.
ABC's own show page goes further, listing Alix Earle, Andy Richter, Baron Davis, Corey Feldman, Danielle Fishel, Dylan Efron, and Elaine Hendrix as Season 35 cast members ABC.com. That is a broader roster than the network has publicly confirmed through press releases, and Disney declined to comment when asked about the cast by Deadline Deadline.
Other names are still in the rumour category. Tyler Cameron from The Bachelorette Season 15 and Step Up star Jenna Dewan have been mentioned as possible contestants Deadline. Connor Leavitt, husband of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Whitney Leavitt, and Love Thy Nader star Sarah Jane Nader are also rumoured to be joining Deadline.
Behind the judges' table, the familiar faces return. Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough, and Bruno Tonioli are back as judges, with Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough returning as hosts Yahoo Entertainment.
There is also a spin-off to watch. ABC has launched Dancing with the Stars: The Next Pro, a competition in which twelve dancers vie for a professional dancer spot on Season 35 ABC.com. Robert Irwin and Mark Ballas host. The finale airs Monday, August 31 from 8:00 to 9:01 p.m. EDT, featuring Derek Hough and Witney Carson Disney ABC Press.
For viewers, the routine is simple: episodes stream the next day on Hulu Disney ABC Press. The full cast drops September 2, and the season begins in fall 2026 NorthJersey.com.
