Jorja Smith Announces First Australian Tour Since 2024: Three East Coast Dates in November 2027
Jorja Smith will return to Australia in November 2027 for a three-date East Coast run, her first visit to the country since 2024. The English singer-songwriter opens at Brisbane's Riverstage on Saturday, Nov. 6, continues at Sydney's Hordern Pavilion on Tuesday, Nov. 9, and closes at Melbourne's Sidney Myer Music Bowl on Saturday, Nov. 13, according to Billboard.
The tour ties into Smith's forthcoming third studio album, What Are the Odds, as confirmed by triple j. The album includes the tracks 'I Lied, You Lied', 'Alive' and 'What's Done Is Done', which are listed as out now on her official website. For fans, the album preorder doubles as an early ticket window: anyone who purchases What Are the Odds through Smith's website gets presale access starting Wednesday, Aug. 26 at 12 p.m. AEST — Australian Eastern Standard Time, the local clock for all three tour cities.
After that early window, the ticket schedule runs quickly. Handsome Tours, the promoter behind the run, holds its own presale on Thursday, Aug. 27. The general sale — the point at which remaining tickets are released to anyone without a presale code — opens Friday, Aug. 28. All dates and on-sale times were confirmed by Billboard on Aug. 22, with additional tour reporting from Scenestr and The Note.
The venues span a mix of outdoor amphitheatre and indoor arena formats. Riverstage in Brisbane is an open-air riverside venue; the Hordern Pavilion in Sydney's Moore Park is a historic indoor pavilion; and the Sidney Myer Music Bowl in Melbourne's Kings Domain is an outdoor bowl seating several thousand under cover and on the lawn. Each venue sits in the mid-capacity range for its city — large enough for a headliner with a full band and production, but more intimate than the arena sheds Smith might play in larger markets.
Smith's last Australian visit was in 2024. The three-year gap to the 2027 dates places her return in a fresh album cycle, with What Are the Odds representing her first full-length since her second studio album.
