Camilo's music video for "Vida de Rico" has surpassed one billion views on YouTube, earning the Colombian singer-songwriter a place in the platform's Billion Views Club. The milestone was confirmed on 26 August 2026 by Billboard.

The video was directed by Evaluna Montaner, Camilo's wife. Released through Sony Music Latin, "Vida de Rico" appears on Camilo's 2020 album Mis Manos and was premiered worldwide on 25 September 2020, according to Sony Music Entertainment México. Within its first week, the clip had already drawn 31 million views, as reported by Tubefilter at the time.

"Vida de Rico" is Camilo's second video to reach the billion-view mark on YouTube. His first was "Desconocidos," a 2018 collaboration with Mau y Ricky and Manuel Turizo. Another Camilo collaboration, "Despeinada" with Ozuna, was approaching the half-billion-view threshold as of March 2022, per Billboard.

The song's chart performance was strong. It climbed to No. 1 on Billboard's Latin Airplay chart — the measure of radio airplay across Latin music formats — in its 16th week, on the chart dated 30 January 2021. It also spent multiple weeks atop the Latin Pop Airplay chart, which tracks radio spins specifically at Latin pop stations.

Camilo performed "Vida de Rico" during Billboard's virtual Latin Music Week in 2020 and again at the 22nd annual Latin Grammy Awards the following year. He is a six-time Latin Grammy winner.

Beyond the single, Camilo has a busy schedule. He is working on his fifth studio album, the follow-up to cuatro, which was released in May 2024. Meanwhile, his Camilo Worldwide Tour is booked to visit nearly 40 cities across more than 15 countries in Europe and the Americas, wrapping on 11 December at Bogotá's Movistar Arena.

A video sitting at roughly 999 million views in May 2026, as seen on Camilo's YouTube channel, has now crossed into ten-figure territory. For an artist who was directing his own visual story — with his wife behind the camera — the billion-view barrier arrives alongside an already full calendar of recording and touring.
