The Game has premiered the music video for 'The Life', the first visual taken from his 11th solo album 'The Documentary III', according to Billboard.

The clip, directed by Sela Vave and Rippy Austin, places the Compton rapper back on home ground. Footage shows him washing his car in Los Angeles and spending time with people in his neighbourhood — a grounded, everyday frame for a record that arrived with no advance warning.

The Game surprise-released 'The Documentary III' on 21 August 2026, as confirmed by HipHop-N-More. A surprise release means the album dropped without the weeks of promotional singles and rollout teases that typically precede a major label project; fans got it all at once.

'The Life' sits as the fourth track on the album and runs 2 minutes 37 seconds. It was produced by Maneesh, whose credits include 'Shabang'.
