Hulu Renews Vanderpump Villa for Season 4, Heading to Salzburg With Stassi Schroeder Back
Hulu has handed Vanderpump Villa a fourth season, and the reality series is packing for Austria. Season 4 will film in Salzburg, with Stassi Schroeder rejoining Lisa Vanderpump on screen, according to Deadline (Deadline). The full cast and guest list have not yet been announced.
The renewal follows a busy run for the show, which premiered in 2023 and has since moved its production to a different European estate each season. Season 1 filmed at Chateau Rosabelle in France, Season 2 at Castello Rosato in Italy, and Season 3 at Tryingham Hall in England. Season 4's Salzburg setting continues the pattern of a new country, a new property, and a fresh set of staff and guests each time out.
Vanderpump Villa follows Lisa Vanderpump and a rotating cast of staff as they run a luxury estate and its events for VIP guests. The format pairs Vanderpump's established on-screen presence with a changing ensemble of servers, chefs and coordinators each season. Vanderpump executive produces through her Villa Rosa banner, alongside Julie Pizzi, Erica Ross, Peter Geist and Ian Gelfand. Bunim/Murray Productions, a veteran of unscripted television, produces the series (Deadline).
Season 3 dropped all ten episodes on Hulu on 16 April 2026, followed by a reunion special on 30 April. That cast included Vanderpump and her husband Ken Todd, along with Anthoniy Bar, Gabriella Sannon, Hannah Fouch, Marciano Brunette, Hagen Bach, Dominic DeAngelis, Alyssa Johnston, Sher Suárez and Sam Terry. Season 2 had followed a similar release pattern: all ten episodes at once on 24 April 2025, followed by a reunion special (Variety).
The biggest question mark for fans is the return of Stassi Schroeder. Schroeder was a central figure on Vanderpump Rules, the Bravo series that originally built the Vanderpump television brand, before departing that show in 2020. Her rejoining Vanderpump for Season 4 reconnects two names that helped define a decade of American reality television. What role she will play in the estate's operations, and which Season 3 cast members might return alongside her, remains undisclosed.
For viewers, the Salzburg move means a fresh backdrop of Alpine scenery and Austrian hospitality culture layered onto the show's established formula. No premiere date for Season 4 has been announced.
