Céline Dion and Pierre Hermé Release 'Infinitely Céline' Macarons for Paris Residency

Pastry chef Pierre Hermé has teamed up with Céline Dion on a limited-edition macaron collection called "Infinitely Céline," timed to the singer's upcoming Paris residency. Dion personally selected eight flavours for the gift boxes, including a caramel macaron and a second one combining caramel with passion fruit WWD.
The gift boxes are priced at EUR 25 for four macarons and EUR 38 for eight. They go on sale on 3 September 2026 at a dedicated pop-up store inside Galeries Lafayette's flagship on Boulevard Haussmann in Paris, with a wider rollout to all Pierre Hermé boutiques in Paris on 11 September WWD. Pierre Hermé's official Instagram confirmed the dates Instagram.
The pop-up, which runs from 3 September to 5 October 2026, will also sell T-shirts and vinyl records alongside the macaron boxes Sortir à Paris.
Dion's Paris residency consists of 166 concerts at Paris La Défense Arena this autumn, with roughly half a million people expected to attend WWD. Choose Paris Region, the promotional agency for the greater Paris area, estimated that the engagement should inject between EUR 200 million and EUR 400 million into the French economy — and that figure does not include ticket sales WWD.
The residency falls more than two years after Dion's comeback performance during the opening ceremony of the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, a return that followed her public disclosure of stiff-person syndrome, a rare neurological condition WWD.
For fans, the macarons amount to a tangible piece of the residency before a single note is sung. For Hermé, whose name has been synonymous with Parisian patisserie for decades, the collaboration extends his brand into the retail buzz surrounding one of the biggest concert engagements the city has hosted.
For the wider Paris economy, the residency is shaping up as a major autumn draw. Hotel bookings, restaurant spending and retail footfall around La Défense and the city centre all stand to benefit from the influx of concertgoers, according to Choose Paris Region's estimate WWD. The macaron pop-up at Galeries Lafayette, one of Paris's largest department stores, gives that expected spending a place to land — and a souvenir to take home.
