More than two minutes of gameplay footage from Electronic Arts' still-unrevealed Iron Man game leaked online on August 28 — and EA has confirmed the footage is genuine.
The publisher's official Iron Man game account on X, operating under the handle @ironmangame, acknowledged the leak in a social media post. "Well, that didn't go as planned. But now you know, and we've got a lot more to show you. See you when we're ready." VGC
The leaked video shows Iron Man flying through a city environment — possibly Chicago, based on visual details — and touching down to fight enemies in combat sequences. It is the first time the public has seen the game in motion, despite the project being announced back in 2022. VGC
Development is being handled by Motive, a Montreal-based EA studio whose previous credits include the campaign for Star Wars Battlefront 2 and the 2023 Dead Space remake — a ground-up rebuild of the 2008 survival-horror classic.
