The Blood of Dawnwalker sold more than one million copies worldwide within three days of release, developer Rebel Wolves announced on September 5.

The studio shared the milestone on Twitter/X, confirming global cumulative sales had crossed the seven-figure mark in the launch window. The game is published by Bandai Namco Entertainment and is available on PC Inven Global.

Rebel Wolves is a studio founded by former Witcher developers, and The Blood of Dawnwalker is its debut title. For a new studio's first game to reach one million sales in its opening week is a strong commercial start, regardless of how the game's long-tail performance unfolds.

Bandai Namco, the publisher handling distribution and marketing, has not yet disclosed platform-by-platform breakdowns or whether the figure includes digital and physical copies combined. The September 5 announcement came three days after the game's release, according to the studio's social media post Eurogamer.

For players, the sales figure is a signal that the game has found a substantial audience quickly. For the industry, it is a data point worth watching: a new studio, backed by an established publisher, clearing one million in three days sets a reference for how original IP performs in a crowded release calendar.

Rebel Wolves has not yet announced sales targets beyond this milestone or commented on plans for post-launch content.
