Rauw Alejandro staged the first Red Bull Chapters event built around a recording artist on 5 September 2026 at Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, New York — a three-act spectacle titled "Inspiration," "Impulse" and "Legacy" that sold out fast enough to add a second night on 6 September. Billboard

Red Bull's Chapters format had previously centred on extreme-sports athletes. Speaking to Billboard over Zoom the day before the show, Alejandro said the collaboration was intended to merge the worlds of sport and art. "Inspiration," the opening act, began with images of the Caribbean Sea and the sun before he launched into "Santa," his collaboration with Rvssian and Ayra Starr, dressed in a brown studded leather jacket, dark sunglasses and matching trousers.

The biographical thread running through "Inspiration" was personal. Alejandro's grandfather was a trovador — a traditional Puerto Rican folk singer — and his father, guitarist Raúl Ocasio, composed and introduced him to Elvis Presley, James Brown and other American oldies. As a child, Alejandro secretly bought his first reggaetón record at a time when the genre had not yet been fully embraced by those around him.

Red Bull's own promotional material describes the Chapters concept as featuring one artist across multiple eras, a framing that fits the three-act structure Alejandro deployed across the Forest Hills evenings. Forest Hills Stadium announced the shows as "two huge nights" at the venue, with doors opening at 5:30 p.m. and music starting at 7:30 p.m. each night. Forest Hills Stadium via Instagram

The Puerto Rican singer and dancer had teased the project a month earlier. On 27 July 2026, he posted on his official Instagram: "Every chapter tells a story. This one is ours. Red Bull Chapters x Rauw Alejandro." Instagram

For fans, the appeal was straightforward: a venue with roughly 14,000 capacity, an artist with a deep enough catalogue to fill three distinct acts, and a brand better known for sponsoring cliff dives and Formula 1 teams betting that the crossover holds. The sold-out first night — and the quick addition of a second — suggests it did.

Tickets for both dates were listed through AXS and Ticketmaster. The second performance was scheduled for 6 September 2026, also at Forest Hills Stadium.
