There are two routes in. The first is online, through the official audition website, during the application window that closes on 5 December. The second is in person. No prior registration is needed.
The live leg runs from 3 October to 5 December. It covers 15 cities across North America, Asia and Oceania.
The North American stops are Los Angeles, Vancouver and Toronto. In Asia, the tour calls at Tokyo, Osaka, Seoul, Taipei, Bangkok, Singapore, Jakarta, Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. In Oceania, auditions will be held in Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland.
For anyone thinking of applying, this means the door is open for several months and in several formats. You can submit from home. Or you can walk in.
