HBO has found its Arthur Weasley, Moaning Myrtle and Colin Creevey for Season 2 of its Harry Potter series.

Rafe Spall will play Arthur, Molly Hewitt-Richards will play Myrtle and Jasper Ambrose will play Creevey. The new season will adapt the second book, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Variety reported.

Three other key roles for the season have also been set. Kit Harington will play Gilderoy Lockhart, Lenny Rush will play Dobby and Billy Barratt will play Tom Riddle.

Season 1 will debut on HBO and HBO Max on Dec. 25. It stars Dominic McLaughlin as Harry Potter, Arabella Stanton as Hermione Granger and Alastair Stout as Ron Weasley.

Spall is known for roles in Trying and Life of Pi. He takes over the role of the Weasley family patriarch from Mark Williams, who played Arthur Weasley in the film franchise.

Hewitt-Richards steps into a part last played by Shirley Henderson in the films. Myrtle is a teenage ghost who haunts a girls' restroom at Hogwarts, TheWrap noted. Ambrose joins as first-year student Colin Creevey.

Season 1 is written and executive produced by Francesca Gardiner, meaning she leads the writers' room and oversees the show creatively.

For fans, this means the shape of the second year is now clear. The central trio is set, the premiere date is locked, and the Chamber of Secrets ensemble is filling out before the first episode has aired.
