Wednesday announce Bleeds Deluxe 20-track edition for 18 September

Wednesday will release Bleeds Deluxe, a 20-track expanded edition of their sixth album Bleeds, on Friday, Sept. 18.
The North Carolina indie rock band said the set arrives to mark the one-year anniversary of Bleeds, which was released in 2025. That is 20 tracks in total. Rolling Stone reported the date and track count, while Pitchfork noted the anniversary context.
The deluxe adds to the band's catalogue with remixes and demos, including songs previously unheard in demo form. A demo is an early recording, often made before an album is finished. A remix is a reworked version, usually shaped by another artist.
The band previewed the collection with "June 2 (Early Version)". The track was produced by Kenneth Blume, also known as Kenny Beats. Lead singer and songwriter Karly Hartzman fronts the group, and Wednesday began playing "June 2" in rotation in live sets earlier this year.
Bleeds Deluxe includes "Carolina Murder Suicide (Avey Tare Remix)" featuring Avey Tare of Animal Collective. It also features contributions from DJ Sabrina the Teenage DJ, hardcore band Gouge Away and Joe Harvey-Whyte, according to The Line of Best Fit and Pitchfork.
Wednesday will keep touring through the autumn. The dates are organised as support slots with Tyler Childers and Mannequin Pussy on various dates through the fall.
For fans, this means a look at process as well as product. The early versions show how songs started out, and the remixes show how other musicians heard them.
