Yes Boone signs to Warner, releases 'Nosebleeds' as debut album takes shape
Yes Boone has signed a new record deal with Warner Music and Warner Records US. The Australian electronic producer's first release through the partnership is "Nosebleeds", released on 9 September. His debut artist album is now in progress, with no release date yet.
Boone confirmed the album plans to Billboard over Zoom. No release date yet. The deal covers both Australia through Warner Music Australia and the United States through Warner Records.
"Nosebleeds" runs for three minutes and features Boone's own vocals. He wrote it during a stint in London and Paris. Warner Music Group said the track blends French house influences with a darker, introspective edge shaped by British post-punk.
He premiered the song with a surprise set at Warner Music Australasia's annual Listen Up Showcase. The signing was announced to industry guests at the same event.
Boone, an EDM artist — electronic dance music built for clubs as well as streaming — released his debut EP, "Best I've Found", in 2025. Single "All I Really Want" entered the Top 20 of the ARIA Australian Singles Chart, the country's official count of sales and streams. It peaked at No. 9 on the AIR Independent Singles Chart, which tracks releases on independent labels.
That run earned him a shortlisting for breakthrough artist of the year at the 2026 AIR Awards in Adelaide.
Live dates follow. He is booked for Yours & Owls Festival in Wollongong on 4 Oct. He then plays Split Milk festival shows in Canberra on 12 Dec, the Gold Coast on 13 Dec, Geelong on 19 Dec and Perth on 20 Dec.
For fans, this means a clear sequence. A major-label partnership is in place across two regions, a first single is out, and an album is being worked on. The festival dates offer the next chance to hear how the new material lands in a live set.
