Believe France brings four pop labels together under ALL IN

Believe France has put four of its pop labels under one new banner called ALL IN.
The entity was unveiled on Tuesday, September 15 at a launch event in Paris, Music Business Worldwide reported. It gathers naïve, Animal63, All Night Long and Jo&Co. Each is a label, the team that signs artists and steers releases. The plan is to create synergy, sharing tools and knowledge, while each label keeps its own identity and independence.
The structure has two names at the top. Henri Jamet, Managing Director of Believe France, leads alongside Sébastien Saussez, who will head the new entity. Jamet took the Believe France role in 2024. Saussez founded Jo&Co after previously serving as President of Mercury.
Day-to-day music choices stay with the labels themselves. Fabiola Hurel continues to lead artistic direction at naïve. Julie Ganter does the same at Animal63. Lola Capolunghi leads at All Night Long, and Fanchon Josse at Jo&Co. In practice, that means they keep control of signings and creative decisions.
The common ground is the support system around those decisions. Under ALL IN, the labels will share a common framework and pool expertise in digital marketing and promotion. That is the work that prepares a release, pitches it to playlists and shops, and runs campaigns around it. The creative direction remains separate for each imprint.
The four labels took different paths into the group. Believe acquired naïve in 2016. It created Animal63 in 2017 in partnership with Savoir Faire. The link with Jo&Co came later, with a majority stake in 2022 and a full move into Believe in 2025. All Night Long is the newest piece, formed in 2024 with Kidding Aside to support electronic producers.
Believe set out the move on its own website under the title ‘Believe France lance ALL IN’, as published on September 16, according to Believe.
For listeners, the change is largely behind the scenes. The four names remain in place. Records will still arrive under their original labels.
What makes this stand out is the balance it is trying to strike. Small label teams often live or fall on personal taste and close artist relationships. Shared marketing muscle can ease the load. ALL IN is built to let those teams keep their ears while working from the same toolbox.
