AEG Presents has acquired Auguri Productions, the Paris-based company behind tours and shows for Stromae, Angèle and David Guetta.

The deal was announced on October 15. AEG framed it as driving future growth in France, according to the announcement carried by Business Wire.

Auguri is a concert production and artist development company, the business of staging shows and guiding acts from early dates to headline tours. It was co-founded by Charles Bensmaine, who serves as president, and AEG described it as a leading company in artist production and development in France.

Its credits include Stromae, Angèle and David Guetta, as reported by Music Business Worldwide. Work with Dominique A, Julien Doré and Louane has also been reported by Pollstar. The company organises shows across France from its Paris base.

Auguri dates to 1995, when it was established under the name Olympic Tour. French holding company Fimalac took a 40% stake in 2011. That entertainment holding later changed hands when Trévise Participations acquired Fimalac Entertainment from Fimalac in September 2025 and renamed it Rivaj Group.

AEG Presents is the live entertainment arm that its parent AEG describes as a world leader in music and entertainment. Its Europe and Asia-Pacific business is led by president and chief executive Adam Wilkes, while Arnaud Meersseman is president of AEG Presents France.

Financial terms of the Auguri deal were not disclosed. AEG Worldwide published full details of the agreement in a press release titled “AEG Presents Drives Future Growth in France”.

What makes this stand out is continuity. Auguri keeps its name, its leadership and its French roster. It now sits inside a global touring organisation with venues, promoters and festivals in several countries.
