Street Fighter Movie Gets Wearable Guile Hair Popcorn Bucket at AMC
You can wear Guile's hair to the cinema and eat popcorn out of the top.
Wrestler Cody Rhodes, who plays Guile in the upcoming Street Fighter film, revealed the movie's popcorn bucket in a post announced on 17 September 2026. The container, a collectible bucket sold at cinema stands, is modelled on Guile's tall, flat-topped haircut. It will be exclusive to AMC locations, according to GameSpot.
Rhodes showed off the design in a video shared to X. The bucket sits on the head like a wig, with popcorn served from an opening at the top. Rhodes described it as "aerodynamic, ergonomic, delicious."
Tickets for the film go on sale on 21 September 2026. The film is scheduled for theatrical release on 16 October 2026.
The cast brings together actors, wrestlers and musicians as Capcom's fighters. Rhodes plays Guile. Noah Centineo plays Ken, and Andrew Koji plays Ryu. Roman Reigns plays Akuma, Jason Momoa plays Blanka, 50 Cent plays Balrog and David Dastmalchian plays M. Bison. Eric Andre plays Don Sauvage, a new character created for the film.
The film was directed by Kitao Sakurai. A teaser trailer released earlier put Guile's hair front and centre, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter.
