Los Dos de Tamaulipas Take 'La Clika' to No. 1 on Regional Mexican Airplay
Los Dos de Tamaulipas have a third No. 1 on Billboard’s Regional Mexican Airplay chart with “La Clika.”

The climb came with 6.1 million audience impressions in the United States in the tracking week ending Sept. 10. Audience impressions estimate how many times listeners heard a song on radio. The total was up 24% from the previous week, according to Luminate.
“La Clika” replaces Chuyin’s “Pues Qué Le Hago?” at the top. That song drops to No. 19 after one week at No. 1. Behind the new leader, “Yo No Dije” by Espinoza & La Fiera de Ojinaga holds at No. 2, with Lenin Ramirez’s “Polvo Rosita” at No. 3.
Regional Mexican Airplay is Billboard’s weekly ranking of the most-played songs on regional Mexican radio stations in the US. Latin Airplay measures plays across Spanish-language stations more broadly, while Hot Latin Songs blends airplay, streams and sales.
On that wider Latin Airplay chart, “La Clika” rallied 11-3. It gives Los Dos de Tamaulipas a third top 10 there. On Hot Latin Songs, the track moved 31-19.
The same Hot Latin Songs chart has “Ayúdame” at No. 4 in its 18th week in the top 10, with “Gastando Verdes” surging 40-32.
“La Clika” is the second No. 1 from the duo’s album Expansión. It follows “El Chavalón,” which led for one week last March. The new single was released through AfinArte on April 17, 2026, and later received an official visualizer video on YouTube.
Los Dos de Tamaulipas are twin brothers who perform norteño music, the accordion-led style rooted in northern Mexico. They have also recorded a collaboration with Grupo Frontera, as discussed in a recent Billboard interview.
What makes this stand out is company. The duo are now only the fourth sibling-comprised group to score three or more No. 1s on Regional Mexican Airplay. The others are Los Ángeles Azules, Los Temerarios and Los Dos Carnales.
