Omidi's Nyla leather chair hides office tech in an award-winning frame

Furniture brand Omidi has released the Nyla executive chair, a high-backed leather chair with its adjustment controls built into the base. The model is listed as a Gold winner in the MUSE Design Awards, according to the showroom feature published by design publication Dezeen on 23 September 2026 Dezeen.

The design combines a tall back, leather upholstery and a frame in aluminium alloy, a light but strong metal. The controls sit inside that base rather than hanging off the side. Integrated armrests are built in to keep shoulders and wrists in a natural position.
