The team behind Chopped is turning the board game Sequence into a celebrity TV game show.

Cleve Keller and Dave Noll are developing Celebrity Sequence with game maker Goliath and rights company Perfect Game, Deadline reported on 23 September 2026. Keller and Noll are the format creators behind Chopped, America Says and Flip Side.

The project is in development, meaning no network or streamer has ordered it to series yet. It is based on Sequence, a Goliath board game first introduced more than four decades ago.

The TV version is planned as a star-driven studio competition built around a 16-card game board. Teams pick cards on a giant board and answer polling questions, questions that ask what a surveyed group thinks, with help from one of three celebrities.

The format includes celebrity assists and wild jacks. One team goes through to the Ultimate Sequence round for a chance to win $100,000.

Sequence has sold more than 50 million units in more than 100 countries, according to the report. The franchise has grown to 60 different editions.

Perfect Game holds exclusive global media rights to Goliath games. The company approached Keller and Noll about adapting Sequence for television.

This is not the first pairing for the group. Goliath previously worked with Keller and Noll on Shark Bite, which is in the final stages of development.

For fans, this means a familiar living-room game played big and loud. No casting, network or airdate has been announced. The next step is a buyer.
