Laci Kaye Booth releases 12-song album on Lost Highway

Laci Kaye Booth released her album Love Ain't For The Faint of Heart on Friday, Sept. 18 on Lost Highway Records. Billboard confirmed the release in an interview with the singer about the inspirations behind the record. It runs 12 songs. The set was produced by Ben West.
Booth told Billboard her relationship with fellow country artist Morgan Evans informed the writing of the album. Love is the subject. She also worked with Lukas Nelson on the song "The Illusion of Love". The interview traces how those personal and creative links shaped the new material.
The album is Booth's third album and her first for Lost Highway Records, according to Antimusic. Billboard had earlier named Booth in its New Music Friday guide published June 5 in connection with "Ethereal Redneck Shit". That phrase has continued as the name of a merchandise line in her official store. Her website also carries a page titled "Daddy's Mugshot - Laci Kaye Booth".
On the road, Booth is opening arena shows on Ella Langley's Dandelion Tour. Arena shows are large-room dates with crowds in the thousands. Her schedule also included a free show at American Legion Post 82 in Nashville, Tennessee, on Sept. 22, 2026. The Nashville date was listed through her shop.
For listeners who want a physical copy, the options are clear. Her official store lists a signed 1LP vinyl edition, a single-record pressing, of Love Ain't For The Faint Of Heart priced at $30.00 (US dollars). The listing on Interscope says it ships on Sept. 25, 2026 and is limited to four copies per customer. The store adds colour with the Ethereal Redneck Shit range, including a Ringer Tee at $25.00, a Baby Tee at $35.00, a cap at $35.00 marked as sold out, and a bumper sticker at $10.00.
For fans, this means two ways to hear the record. The streaming version arrived on Sept. 18. The signed vinyl follows a week later, so fans can choose their favourite format.
