Ciara Says Daughter Sienna Knew About Baby No. 5 Before She Told the Kids

Ciara did not get to break her pregnancy news to her daughter. Her 9-year-old daughter, Sienna, broke it to her.

The singer is expecting baby No. 5 with her husband, NFL quarterback Russell Wilson, a pregnancy the couple announced on Sunday, Sept. 6. The new baby will be their fourth child together Billboard.

Ciara described how Sienna found out in an interview with Entertainment Tonight. She said Sienna confronted her in the kitchen before she had told any of the children, saying, “There’s a baby in your tummy.”

At the time, Ciara said, her stomach was not big and she was not showing. Her reply was instant denial. “No, there’s not. What the heck?” she said, adding that Sienna was going to blow her cover.

Ciara put it down to a family talent. She said Sienna has a sixth sense about her pregnancies and has picked up on all of her siblings before anyone else was told.

She was not the only child to notice something. Ciara said her 12-year-old son, Future Zahir, asked her about it after they filmed a dance for TikTok together. He wanted to know why the comments said she was pregnant.

Ciara and Wilson eventually told the children together during what she described as an organised family photo. They used the moment to reveal her growing bump. Ciara later shared video of that reveal, showing the exact moment the children learned about baby No. 5 E! News.

The couple already share Sienna, 6-year-old Win and 2-year-old Amora Princess. Ciara also shares Future Zahir with her ex-fiancé, rapper Future.

What makes this stand out is the order of events. The public announcement came first on Sept. 6, then the home video, then the backstory. Sienna knew before all of it.
