Sugababes will release a self-titled album, Sugababes, on February 12, 2027, their first record in 26 years to feature the original lineup of Mutya Buena, Keisha Buchanan and Siobhán Donaghy.

The album will arrive via Sacred Three/The Orchard, according to details reported by Pitchfork. The group’s comeback single, “Ghost,” is out now ahead of the release.

The new record is described as moving across garage, amapiano and R&B. Amapiano, a house-rooted sound that developed in South Africa, sits alongside the group’s long-running connection to UK garage and contemporary R&B. That mix points to a record drawing on both club music and vocal pop.

The album runs to 12 tracks. They are “Peace & Love,” “Jungle,” “Ghost,” “Love Language,” “Modern Love,” “Shook,” “After All,” “Weeds,” “Plot Twist,” “Scorpio,” “Ain’t it Funny” and “Full Circle.” The opening eight songs appear in that order, as listed by the Official Charts Company.

It will be only the group’s second album as the original trio. The first was their 2000 debut, One Touch. Donaghy left between that record and 2002’s Angels With Dirty Faces, starting a long period of change.

Sugababes went on to change their lineup four times. By the time of 2009’s Sweet 7, no original members remained in the group. Buena, Buchanan and Donaghy reunited in 2012 under the name Mutya Keisha Siobhán, shortened to MKS, but did not perform again as Sugababes until 2021.

For listeners, this means the 2027 album closes a long gap. The original three voices recorded together at the start, then spent more than a decade apart under different names and lineups. Sugababes puts those three names on the cover again.
