Camilo has partnered with Starbucks in Latin America and the Caribbean for a campaign called "My Coffee. My Ritual." Billboard exclusively announced the partnership on Thursday, Sept. 24 Billboard.

The announcement landed ahead of International Coffee Day, which is celebrated on Oct. 1. That date gives the tie-up an immediate hook, with coffeehouses across the region heading into one of their busiest promotional windows.

Through the partnership, customers in participating markets will see activations inspired by Camilo's relationship with coffee and music. Starbucks said those activities will roll out over the coming months, rather than as a one-day promotion.

Music sits at the centre of the plan. The Colombian singer-songwriter will curate a "My Coffee. My Ritual." playlist featuring tracks from his album Para Cuando Sean Mayores alongside previous hits. The playlist is built to travel, linking the new album material with songs listeners already know.

Those songs will be heard inside the stores. Tracks from the playlist will play in participating Starbucks coffeehouses across the region during special coffee tastings throughout October. In practice, that means visitors in October can expect the tastings to come with a Camilo soundtrack.

The launch had a physical starting point. Camilo visited Hacienda Alsacia in Costa Rica, described as Starbucks' global agronomy headquarters and first coffee farm. The visit coincided with the 2026 Starbucks LAC Barista Championship, which was taking place there.

The regional focus follows an earlier push by the company. Starbucks announced a major expansion in Latin America and the Caribbean on International Coffee Day last year Starbucks Stories.

For fans, this means the collaboration will be easy to find without buying a ticket. If you walk into a participating store in October, the playlist and the tastings bring the music to the coffee queue.
