ADÉLA's "Nicole Kidman" climbs to No. 22 as streams surge

ADÉLA's "Nicole Kidman" has jumped from No. 45 to No. 22 on the Billboard Hot 100, the United States singles chart that combines streams, sales and radio play.
The move, on the chart dated 26 September 2026, followed a sharp rise in listening. The track collected more than 9.59 million official on-demand U.S. streams during 11-17 September, up 66% from 5.76 million in the previous tracking week of 4-10 September, according to Billboard.
The numbers moved fast. In a five-day window from 11-15 September, the song earned 6.14 million official streams. That grew to 9.3 million from 18-22 September, up 51% from the prior five-day period.
Streaming momentum spilled onto platforms. "Nicole Kidman" reached No. 1 on Spotify's Daily Top Songs USA on 22 September, displacing Ella Langley's "Choosin' Texas". It had also passed 1.5 million uses on TikTok, while its music video had reached 10 million views.
The single follows "Ain't In LA", which had been building as a fast-rising release for the singer. Both songs appear in the campaign for her album PRIMA, which debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200, the US albums chart.
Interest is not limited to the US. In the Philippines, "Nicole Kidman" rose from No. 77 to No. 8 on the Billboard Philippines Hot 100 chart dated 26 September 2026, according to Billboard Philippines.
The same US chart watch also points to Malcolm Todd. His song "Obsessica", from the album Do That Again released in June 2026, is described as increasingly viral and boosted by TikTok. Todd previously reached the Hot 100 top 20 with "Earrings", from his 2024 debut mixtape Sweet Boy.
What makes this stand out is the speed of the second-week lift. A 66% week-over-week streaming gain, followed by another 51% lift across the five-day reads, is the kind of sequence that can carry a song up the Hot 100 while video views and short-form clips keep widening the audience.
