Kylie Kelce has publicly invited Catherine, Princess of Wales, to appear on her podcast Not Gonna Lie.

The invitation came in the latest episode of the show, in which Kelce discussed the Prince and Princess of Wales, according to Town & Country. The topic was field hockey and parenting.

Kelce set it out directly: "Princess Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, if you ever wanted to come on and chitchat about some field hockey and maybe kids. I don't know. We got a couple things in common." She added: "We'd love to have you. No pressure. Please," according to HELLO! Magazine. The pitch was simple.

Kelce is married to Jason Kelce and is the sister-in-law of NFL player Travis Kelce. She is a field hockey teacher, which is the game played with curved sticks on grass or artificial turf, and a regular voice on parenting and sport.

That shared hockey link prompted the praise. Kelce was talking about the Princess of Wales's visit to the Isle of Bute with Prince William, where Catherine tried shinty, the fast Scottish stick-and-ball game similar to hockey. Kelce described her technique as "beautiful" and "skilled."

"Princess Kate just reminded everyone that she's still an absolute boss at field hockey," Kelce said.

There is already a Kelce-royal podcast connection. Prince William made a surprise appearance on New Heights, the podcast hosted by Jason Kelce and Travis Kelce, in July.

What makes this stand out is how neat the overlap is. Hockey, school sport and three young children each side. For fans, this means a possible crossover between American podcasting and royal watching, with sticks rather than statecraft.
