Direct-to-fan platform EVEN has appointed Josh Remsberg as Head of Commercial Partnerships. The post is newly created. It was confirmed on 25 September 2026, according to Music Business Worldwide.

Remsberg will run EVEN’s commercial relationships with labels, distributors, managers and artist teams. His brief also covers merchandise partners and key industry and chart-reporting organisations, the bodies that decide which sales and streams count toward official charts.

He joins from Warner Records. He served there most recently as senior vice-president, Head of Commercial Strategy and Revenue. He left in July 2025 during a restructuring of its marketing and commerce teams.

Remsberg joined Warner in 2022 as senior vice-president, Commercial Revenue. During his tenure, the label’s United States revenue rose by 30% and its US market share grew by 35%. At Warner he oversaw revenue, commercial partnerships and strategic marketing for artists including Zach Bryan, Benson Boone and Teddy Swims.

Before Warner, he spent two decades at Universal Music Group. His most recent role there was senior vice-president, Commerce and Business Development at Capitol Records. He also co-founded independent management company Art Associates, whose clients included Mayer Hawthorne, Gabriel Garzón-Montano and Tuxedo.

EVEN launched in April 2024. Founder and chief executive Mag Rodriguez leads the company. It sells music, content and experiences direct to fans before releases reach streaming services.

For fans, this means early listening tied to a purchase. EVEN says artists set the price for their work and decide how to reward buyers, according to EVEN. A purchase grants “Access” to hear singles, albums and EPs before they appear on streaming platforms. That access can include first dibs on merchandise, tour tickets, private events and behind-the-scenes content. The company also states that artists are paid daily and can own and export their fan data with a click.
