Ye makes surprise appearance at Chris Brown and Usher's Los Angeles show
Ye took over Chris Brown's set in Los Angeles on September 25 for a surprise five-song medley.
The walk-on happened in the middle of Brown's performance on night one of The R&B Tour with Usher at SoFi Stadium, according to Billboard. The stadium, in Inglewood, was hosting the first of two dates on the co-headline run.
He entered to the piano line from 'Runaway' wearing black leather clothing and a matching mask. He took off the mask during the set.
The medley drew on his back catalogue and included 'Can't Tell Me Nothing,' 'Niggas in Paris,' 'Flashing Lights' and 'All of the Lights.' The fifth song in the sequence was not named in the report.
Ye was the first unannounced guest of the night. Snoop Dogg was among the other surprise guests who appeared during the Los Angeles stop, according to iHeart.
For fans, this means another live sighting in a busy month for Ye. His Los Angeles appearance was his first performance since a homecoming show at Soldier Field in Chicago earlier in September, which featured special guests and a reunion with Kid Cudi.
He released the album 'Bully' in March. It debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200, the chart that ranks the best-selling albums in the United States.
More dates are already listed. Ye is scheduled to perform in Jakarta, Indonesia, on October 24 and in Houston on October 31. Brown and Usher's tour continues on September 29 at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, with a return to Los Angeles set for November 20 and November 21, after the two SoFi Stadium shows.
