Meghan, Duchess of Sussex is reportedly back on the reformer in Oxfordshire with regular Pilates classes at Soho Farmhouse.

Hello Magazine, citing reporting by The Sun, said the Duchess has been taking reformer Pilates classes at the members' club in Great Tew. The sessions are said to take place at the club's Wellness Barn. The Sun published its own account on 26 September 2026, citing a source.

Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout that uses a sliding, bed-like frame with springs and straps for resistance. It is said to lower stress, sharpen focus, build whole-body strength and improve posture.

A source quoted in the reports said the 45-year-old "absolutely loves" the Soho Farmhouse classes and is using them to "unwind" and "make new friends". The same account described her as "chatty and polite" in class, with other members giving her space.

The setting is familiar. The Duchess reportedly held her hen do at Soho Farmhouse before marrying Prince Harry in 2018. Annual membership to the club costs £4,500. The estate covers 100 acres of Oxfordshire countryside.

Pilates has long been her go-to workout. She has previously credited Pilates Platinum, an American cardio and strength method, for her toned limbs and taut abs. When she previously lived in Britain, she attended classes at Heartcore in London.

Her wider Pilates circle has popped up before. A party in early March included Meghan, Markus Anderson, Pilates instructor Heather Dorak and Lindsay Jill Roth, described as Meghan's best friend. Dorak also spent 4 July with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in Jackson Hole, Wyoming in 2022.

For fans, this means the routine is easy to copy at home. ABC News has published a Pilates-inspired circuit of slow, controlled movements based on her favourite workout. No reformer required. Just a mat, light weights and patience.
