Tubes Grid radiator turns heater into pegboard storage

An electric heater you can hang things from leads seven new products listed by Dezeen Showroom on 28 September 2026.
The product is Grid, by Italian brand Tubes and designer Elisa Ossino, according to the listing Dezeen. It is an electric radiator, a heater powered by mains electricity rather than hot water from a boiler.
Grid is made as a recycled aluminium board punched with circular holes. Those holes take hooks, pegs, rails, small shelves and mirrors, so the heater doubles as storage Dezeen.
Think pegboard, but warm. The design takes its cue from workbench pegboards and workshop tool boards, Tubes says in its designer listing Dezeen.
Tubes offers Grid in vertical and horizontal versions, according to the company's online catalogue. The company places Grid in its Elements collection of radiators and heated towel rails, and lists it as a 2026 design by Ossino Tubes. A separate Grid bathroom product is also listed Tubes.
Buyers can customise the finish. Tubes says its products are available in 140 different colours, with 20 galvanic finishes, metallic coatings applied using an electric current, and four anodised finishes, a hardened surface treatment for aluminium.
What makes this stand out is the job swap. Most heaters sit flat against a wall and do one thing. Grid keeps the heating function and adds a place for towels, keys or a small mirror, which suits tight hallways, bathrooms and rentals where wall space is short.
