Dropkick Murphys have confirmed a six-week North American tour for early 2027, built around St Patrick's Day.

The run starts on 5 February in Albuquerque, New Mexico, at Revel ABQ. It covers the United States and Canada through February and March, according to the announcement reported by Rolling Stone.

Home Front and Spiritual Cramp will open on most dates. The Springfield, Massachusetts show on 10 March is the exception, with no support act billed.

The early routing moves through the American south-west and California before heading north. Listed dates include 6 February at Marquee Theatre in Tempe, Arizona, 7 February at The Sound in San Diego and 9 February at House of Blues Anaheim.

The Canadian leg is extensive. It includes 12 February in Vancouver at PNE Forum, 13 February in Penticton, 14 February in Calgary at Grey Eagle Event Centre and 16 February in Edmonton. Then come Saskatoon, two nights in Winnipeg on 18 and 19 February at Burton Cummings Theatre, and several Ontario and Quebec stops in late February and early March.

Those eastern Canadian dates include London, Ontario on 27 February, Toronto on 1 March, Ottawa on 2 March, two nights in Quebec City on 3 and 4 March and Montreal on 5 March. The United States dates pick up again with New York on 7 March and Wilmington, Delaware on 8 March.

One night works differently. On 10 March in Springfield, the band will play straight after a Springfield Thunderbirds ice hockey game. There will be no opening band. Entry is only available as a bundle with game tickets through the Thunderbirds' website.

For the rest of the tour, tickets go on general sale through DropkickMurphys.com on Friday, 2 October at 10 a.m. local time.

No Boston dates were in the first announcement. Boston dates are expected to follow. That will matter to many long-time followers, given the band's roots in the city.

For fans, this means planning now. The six-week stretch is long. The ticketing is split. Most shows go through the band's site, but Springfield goes through the hockey team.
