New Kids on the Block will close their Las Vegas residency with eight final shows from Oct. 2 to Oct. 17 at Dolby Live at Park MGM.

Member Donnie Wahlberg told The Hollywood Reporter the closing run is going to be super emotional, predicting a lot of tissues and tears among the group and the crowd. His comments were made in an interview ahead of the last dates, as reported by Billboard.

The residency, titled The Right Stuff, began on June 20, 2025. A residency is a run of shows by one act in a single venue, rather than a city-to-city tour.

Billboard reported that the group revamped its last 16 shows as “The Right Stuff Remixed,” with all-new song selections, enhanced fan experiences and special surprises. The final eight shows form the second half of that closing block.

Wahlberg also teased a seasonal change to the setlist. He said the group will play songs from a winter album it never gets to perform because it never tours in winter, pointing to its 1989 album Merry, Merry Christmas.

What makes this stand out is the timing. A Christmas record rarely fits a summer tour schedule. A fixed October run in Las Vegas gives the group a chance to use it.

The five-member group reunited in 2008 after a 14-year hiatus. It released Still Kids in 2024, its first album in more than a decade, which reached No. 56 on the Billboard 200, the chart that ranks albums in the United States.

The group’s official schedule lists performances on Oct. 2, 3, 7, 9, 10, 14, 16 and 17 at Dolby Live, all in Las Vegas, Nevada. Wahlberg discussed favourite moments from the residency and what comes next for the group in his interview with The Hollywood Reporter.
