Megan Fox is the new face of telehealth company Ro, starring as the human embodiment of its erectile-dysfunction product Ro Sparks, according to Variety.

The news was reported on 1 October 2026. The casting puts a film star at the centre of Ro's latest advertising push.

Fox does not play a patient or a doctor in the campaign. She plays the product itself. The product is Ro Sparks.

The role goes beyond a single commercial. Fox has signed a long-term deal to serve as a Ro brand ambassador, meaning she will represent the company across its advertising. That agreement could keep her in Ro spots for the next one to two years.

Viewers will see the work in two places. The commercials with Fox will run on linear TV, the traditional channels watched live, as well as on streaming services. That mix covers both living-room viewing and phones and laptops.

Ro is also taking the campaign onto the street. The company plans activations, or in-person promotions, in New York and Los Angeles. They will feature tear-away posters showing Fox as Ro Sparks, designed for passers-by to pull a piece away and keep.

The Fox campaign follows other celebrity-fronted work from Ro. Serena Williams and Charles Barkley have appeared in commercials for Ro's GLP-1 medications, the prescription drugs widely prescribed for weight management. Those spots introduced Ro to a broad television audience beyond its erectile-dysfunction range.

For people watching at home, this means the category is getting louder. Both Ro and rival Hims & Hers ran commercials in the most recent Super Bowl, American football's championship game and one of television's largest advertising stages. Fox now gives Ro a recognisable star for the season ahead.
