Amazon MGM Studios has revealed the songs set for Verity, its film adaptation of Colleen Hoover's thriller novel, according to Deadline. The studio's line-up pairs Anne Hathaway as Verity Crawford with Josh Hartnett as Jeremy Crawford and Dakota Johnson as Lowen Ashleigh. That trio carries the screen story.

The track list covers eight songs that will be heard in the film, according to the same Deadline report. It brings together "Girl Feels Good" performed by FKA Twigs, "Sugar! Honey! Love!" performed by Kali Uchis and "Back To Me" performed by The Marias. Each credit names both song and performer, which helps casual viewers find the music later.

The rest of the selection reaches further back and further afield. "Close But Not Quite" performed by Curtis Mayfield and "Body And Soul" performed by Benny Goodman sit on the same list as "Family And Friends" performed by Oklou. The remaining titles are "Hymne A L'Amour" performed by Lorenzo Bernardi and "Få En Gave" performed by Alle, as listed in that report.

Separate scoring material opens the soundtrack itself. The opening track of the Verity (2026) film soundtrack is titled "A Miracle", according to GoldDerby. In film terms, that means the first piece of composed music audiences encounter on the album, distinct from the licensed songs above.

The project sits in a longer run of Hoover transfers from page to screen. Verity is the fourth Colleen Hoover book adaptation to reach the big screen, following It Ends With Us, Regretting You and Reminders of Him, Deadline reported. For readers new to that sequence, it simply means three earlier Hoover novels have already been filmed for cinemas.

What makes this stand out is the breadth. The eight titles span soul, jazz, French song, Scandinavian pop and current alternative R&B. Such mixes are common when a story moves between past and present on screen. Short list. Wide net.

For fans, this means plenty to explore before seeing the film. A soundtrack reveal lets listeners trace mood and period without giving away plot. Playlists, credits and album order do that quiet work. They tell you what the room sounded like while the camera rolled, and give general listeners an easy entry point even if they have not read the book.

Amazon MGM Studios produced the film, according to Deadline. That credit places Verity inside a major studio pipeline, from shoot to cinemas. Casting and music are often among the earliest concrete details to emerge.
