InterTalent promotes McCombe and Bendien to lead creator division

InterTalent has promoted agents Dejah McCombe and Lucy Bendien to run its creator division together. The pair become Co-Heads of Creators with immediate effect. The appointments were reported on 5 October 2026. Deadline
In the roles, they will oversee strategy, talent development and commercial growth for creators. That means online personalities who build audiences on social and video platforms and earn money from brand deals, appearances and content. McCombe and Bendien will report to managing director Alex Segal.
Both step up from within the agency. McCombe and Bendien were already agents at InterTalent before the promotion. Their shared client list includes Love Island winner Amber Gill, Ayamé and Maddie Grace Jepson.
McCombe brings more than eight years of experience in entertainment and talent. She started her career at IMG Models, where she later served as Head of Production and Marketing for the London office. She also held roles at Insanity and IMG before joining InterTalent. InterTalent
Bendien started her career at Gleam Futures, the digital talent business known for managing YouTubers and online creators. That early grounding is direct experience in the creator economy. She then built her career as an agent before this joint promotion.
InterTalent is a London-based talent agency whose roster includes presenter and actor Ross Kemp. Its public team page now lists McCombe as Co-Head of Creators and Talent Director, and Bendien as Co-Head of Creators. InterTalent
For viewers, little changes on screen. The work sits behind the scenes. Agents negotiate deals, plan careers and connect creators with television, brands and live work. Two hundred people rarely see that part. But it decides who gets hired next, and which online stars make the jump to television.
