Travis Barker shares hospital photos with Kourtney Kardashian and Alabama by his side
Travis Barker shared two photos from a hospital bed on Tuesday, Oct. 6, with his wife and daughter beside him.
Barker, 50, the drummer for Blink-182, posted the images to Instagram Story in what appeared to be a pre-operation setting, according to Billboard. He has not said why he was there.
The first photo was a selfie. Barker wore a blue surgical hat, a hospital gown and a blood pressure monitor on his arm. His daughter Alabama Barker was visible in the background, talking on the phone. He captioned it, "My baby girl came with me."
The second photo showed a quieter moment. Barker lay on a gurney while his wife, Kourtney Kardashian, leaned in to kiss him. He captioned it, "and my beautiful wife by my side." Kardashian also shared that bedside kiss photo on her own Instagram Story.
No reason for the apparent hospital visit was given at press time. His spokesperson could not be reached for comment.
It is not the couple's first public hospital scare. In June 2022, Barker was taken to hospital by stretcher with Kardashian at his side, after posting the message "God save me," according to AL.com. A year later, Kardashian underwent urgent fetal surgery before the birth of the couple's son Rocky. That surgery was due to fluid in his lungs, according to People.
Barker later rejoined the Blink-182 tour after that 2023 surgery. For now, fans have only the photos. Both father and daughter and husband and wife were in the room.
