Bad Bunny will play a Latin radio host called El Martillo in Grand Theft Auto 6, and Lana Del Rey will play a country host called Delta Dawne.

The casting is part of a six-station radio line-up for the game, with each station fronted by real musicians and personalities, according to Rolling Stone. The dial is crowded. Every station has its own hosts, genre and on-air names.

Bad Bunny shares his microphone with singer RaiNao, who appears as La Gata. Together they host Cocoteo FM, which focuses on modern Latin music. It is one of the two headline artist stations in the announcement.

Del Rey shares hers with country singer Morgan Wallen, who appears as MW. Their station is Back Country Radio, which specialises in classic and outlaw country music. The station also has a roving reporter, swamp meteorologist and airboat captain called Mud Dog Mike, played by Jeremy Dufrene.

The other four featured stations cover pop, rap, African music and metal. Pop station Flash FM will be hosted by singer Robyn and model Alex Consani. Dirty South Classics will be hosted by rappers Trick Daddy and Trina and will play regional rap and classic hip-hop.

AfroBank FM will be hosted by singer Burna Boy and DJ Palms Trax, and will feature contemporary and classic African music. Heavy metal station The Chamber 106.6 will be hosted by Kerry King and Tom Araya of Slayer.

The game is set in Leonida, a fictional state inspired by Florida. Rockstar Games is letting players preview the six featured stations on the GTA 6 website, where short clips and host introductions are now live.

Music for the game will also get a separate release. A soundtrack album with 34 original tracks made for GTA 6 will come out on Nov. 19, the same day as the game. Songs made for the soundtrack have already been released by Travis Scott, Morgan Wallen, Rauw Alejandro, Yung Lean and Keith Richards.

The game itself will not be released on disc, according to the BBC, which points players toward digital versions.

For players, this means the radio will work much as it always has in the series. Drive, steal a car, get stuck in traffic, and the hosts keep talking between songs.
