Falsettos 2016 Broadway Cast to Reunite in London and New York
The six stars of Broadway's 2016 revival of Falsettos are singing together again in New York and London.
Stephanie J. Block, Christian Borle, Andrew Rannells, Tracie Thoms, Brandon Uranowitz and Betsy Wolfe will perform at the London Palladium on 23 and 24 February 2027. The New York anniversary concert follows a similar shape, with the same company due at the Stern Auditorium/Perelman Stage at Carnegie Hall on 8 February 2027 at 7pm, according to What's On Stage.
Demand has been fierce. The first two Carnegie Hall reunion dates, on 18 October and 2 November 2026, have both sold out. The 18 October show, also at the Stern Auditorium and listed for 7pm, sold out in less than two hours.
LW Theatres is billing the London dates as 'Falsettos in Concert' at the London Palladium, as listed on LW Theatres. The concerts are anniversary performances rather than a full staging, meaning the cast performs the score in concert form with orchestra rather than with full sets and costumes.
Ellenore Scott will direct the additional performances. Vadim Feichtner serves as music director and conductor.
Falsettos has music and lyrics by William Finn and a book by James Lapine. The 2016 revival — a new production of an older musical — opened at the Walter Kerr Theatre on 27 October 2016. It received five Tony Award nominations, including Best Revival, and was later filmed for PBS's Live from Lincoln Center series.
A portion of proceeds from the February New York concert will benefit the TDF Wendy Wasserstein Project.
For fans, this means a rare chance to see the full original revival line-up in one room. The New York dates celebrate ten years since that Walter Kerr opening, with London added for two nights the same month.
