Dhar Mann is building a four-acre production campus in Los Angeles that can film 15 shows at the same time.

The creator laid out the plan on Sunday, 11 October, at MIPCOM, the Cannes market where channels and streamers buy and sell shows. He took the market's first-ever pre-opening headline session to detail the vision for the site, called Creator City, according to Deadline.

Creator City is a four-acre campus in Los Angeles with multiple sound stages. It will hold 175 sets and five soundstages, meaning large soundproof halls for filming, with room for 15 productions to work concurrently.

Fifteen shows at once. The grand opening is scheduled for Super Bowl week, with the official opening set for Super Bowl weekend in February 2027.

Dhar Mann Studios is led by chief executive Sean Atkins, the former MTV and Disney executive. The company had already previewed Creator City at Advertising Week New York before taking the plans to Cannes.

The studio organisation is pairing the building project with mainstream deals. It has struck deals with Disney and Fox, and it agreed to produce 20 episodes of original content for Disney, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter. Its relationship with Samsung has already yielded the scripted series Unlikely Romances.

Brands are part of the funding mix. Dhar Mann Studios is working with a handful of brands as launch partners for Creator City.

Viewers will see new material before the doors open. The studio will launch one new series on YouTube every month starting in December. That run includes a new show called Unlikely Families, due in the next couple of months.

The pitch follows a year of courtship between television and online video. The creator economy was the headline focus at MIPCOM 2025, according to The Hollywood Reporter. At that edition, London-based After Party Studios, Dhar Mann Studios and Tubi set out their different creator-economy models, as reported by Variety.

For viewers, this means a faster conveyor belt. Monthly YouTube launches from December, network commissions and brand-backed sets all point to more finished stories arriving in quick succession.
