Gael Cameron Confirms Split From Nathan Gallagher After Alleged Assault

Gael Cameron has confirmed she split from Nathan Gallagher after an alleged domestic violence incident in Australia in December 2025.
Cameron addressed the break-up and her appearance in Season 11 of Below Deck Mediterranean in an Instagram post on Friday, according to Deadline. Gallagher is the father of her infant son, Kayden.
Both featured in Season 11 of the Bravo reality series, which follows the crew of a superyacht. Gallagher served as bosun, the supervisor of the deck team, aboard the yacht Akira One. Cameron did not join as crew. The season documented her caring for Kayden in Croatia while Gallagher worked nearby.
The alleged incident took place in Australia. Gallagher was arrested there two days after Christmas following a report of an alleged assault, People reported. He was charged with assault, according to Rolling Stone.
A hearing in the case was set for Sept. 1. Gallagher did not attend. He then became the subject of an arrest warrant in Australia after missing the court appearance, People reported.
Bravo has cut ties with Gallagher. The network fired him after he skipped his court date, Deadline reported in September.
Season 11 was filmed before the December 2025 arrest, according to the Bellingham Herald. That timing gap shaped Cameron's message to viewers. She said viewers did not see much of her time in Croatia.
Cameron also shared photos from an engagement party for Aesha Scott, the Head Stew from Below Deck Season 11. The celebration was shown in part in the Season 11 finale. Her photos included Captain Sandy Yawn and former Chief Stew Hannah Ferrier.
Cameron is not working as a crew member on Season 11. She continues to work in yachting in Australia, according to Bravo. The couple had announced in May 2025 that they were expecting their first baby together.
Gallagher gave an interview to Rolling Stone after the incident. Cameron has not detailed the allegations beyond confirming the split.
