Believe has appointed Viktoria Siniavskaia as president of EMEA. The company announced the role on Tuesday, Oct. 13. EMEA covers Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Siniavskaia will oversee operations across the region, according to the announcement reported by Billboard. She will report to Romain Vivien, global head of music at Believe.

She joined in 2011. Since then she has led Believe's operations across META, East and Southern Europe, and the Americas. META refers to the Middle East, Turkey and Africa.

The new structure puts seven executives directly under Siniavskaia. The EMEA region includes the U.K., Germany and France, which each keep a dedicated managing director.

In France, Henri Jamet continues as managing director. In Germany, Thorsten Freese holds the role. In the U.K., Alex Kennedy holds the role.

Southern Europe will be led by regional general manager Sara Pedroni. Eastern Europe will be led by regional LAS director Patrycja Lobaczewska. Operations for RUMETA will be led by regional managing director Elena Fironova alongside executive Denis Gorshkov. RUMETA refers to Russia, Turkey, Middle East and Africa.

Believe confirmed the appointment in a press release titled 'BELIEVE APPOINTS VIKTORIA SINIAVSKAIA AS PRESIDENT EMEA TO STRENGTHEN REGIONAL LEADERSHIP AND STRATEGIC GROWTH', published via Believe. Believe describes itself as a global artist development company, a business that releases and promotes recordings and helps artists build audiences.

What makes this stand out is continuity. Siniavskaia has spent more than a decade inside the company. She now takes responsibility for several of its largest European markets under one reporting line.
