LISA will release “Tarantino” on Oct. 23 as the second single from her upcoming EP, Press Play.

The BLACKPINK member announced the song on Oct. 14, saying it would arrive in one week. The full EP comes out on the same day, Oct. 23, according to Billboard.

“Tarantino” pays tribute to director Quentin Tarantino. LISA shared the cover art with a short snippet of the track on TikTok.

The artwork is a circular photo. In it, she hides her face behind a red envelope.

Press Play was led by its first single, “SaWaDiKa”. That song debuted in September at No. 69 on the Billboard Hot 100, the United States singles chart, and at No. 23 on the Billboard Global 200, which ranks songs worldwide.

The new EP follows her debut solo album, Alter Ego, released in 2025. It peaked at No. 7 on the Billboard 200, the US albums chart.

It has been a packed stretch. LISA released Always Lalisa, a documentary about her first solo year apart from BLACKPINK. It premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in September and arrived in theatres worldwide on Oct. 12.

She also won best pop at the 2026 VMAs. Then comes live work.

Her Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace begins Nov. 12. She added two extra dates to the run, originally organised for four nights, after fan demand.

For fans, this means three releases in less than two weeks. A film in theatres, a single and an EP, with a residency to follow in November.
