Randy Rainbow has aimed his latest musical parody at US health secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Donald Trump.

The video is titled "The RFK Jr. Lament." It takes on the administration's Make American Healthy Again movement and its public health policies, as detailed by Billboard.

It opens like a television news broadcast. Rainbow tells viewers that Kennedy has "99 million problems and a b—h ain't one." The line nods to Jay-Z's 2003 single "99 Problems."

The main number is a rewrite of "Adelaide's Lament." That song comes from Guys and Dolls, the Broadway musical about gamblers and nightclub singers that opened in 1950. Rainbow uses the tune's familiar cold-symptom list to poke at Kennedy and at White House health policy and healthcare legislation.

This is not his first shot at the secretary. Last December he released a separate parody built around John Kander's Cabaret, the stage musical set in 1930s Berlin.

Rainbow describes himself in his Instagram bio as a "6X EMMY & GRAMMY-nominated comedian, singer, producer, NYT Bestselling author." His official YouTube listing showed "The RFK Jr. Lament" passing 141,000 views about 10 hours after posting.

Coverage picked up quickly. BroadwayWorld flagged the video on Oct. 13, 2026, with Billboard following on Oct. 14.

What makes this stand out is the formula. Rainbow plays both interviewer and guest star, cutting between straight delivery and full costume musical numbers.

For fans, this means no wait for the live version. Rainbow is on the road with his National Freakin' Treasure tour. It brings him to Olympia, Wash., on Oct. 15 and Bellingham, Wash., on Oct. 16, followed by two shows in Palm Desert, Calif., that weekend.
